Helen leads senior-level searches across private equity, private credit, renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate investment funds within the EMEA region.
 
Helen brings 20 years of global search and recruitment experience. During her last 13 years at Acre, Helen has gained a unique in-depth knowledge and network across all facets of sustainable finance, impact investing and sustainability within the FS sector.
 
Helen takes great pride in being a trusted partner to help shape high performing teams that foster positive working culture. She enjoys supporting and coaching people in their career development.  
 
Helen has a first class BA(hons) degree in Textile Design from Central St Martins, London and a BA(hons) degree in Sociology from UEA.
